Dwight Christopher Daniels, age 36, of Louisa Ky, went to be with his Lord on Saturday, July 4, 2015 at his home in Louisa after a courageous battle with cancer. Chris was born January 17, 1979 in Ashland , KY. He is the son of Harold and Freddie (Jett) Daniels. He was a former employee of KRT, a member of the Louisa Volunteer Fire Department, a Christian and a unique person who was loved by everyone who knew him. Let it be known, this firefighter has earned his angel wings. In addition to his parents he is survived by one brother: David Daniels of Louisa, KY and a special nephew, Connor Daniels. Chris also leaves behind his extended brothers and sisters that make up the Louisa Volunteer Fire Department and a special friend since childhood, Jack Trautwein. The family would like to take this opportunity to thank all those who helped with Chris during his final days on this earth and especially the ladies who gave him 24/7 care. The funeral will be held at 1:00 pm on Tuesday, July 7, 2015 at the Wilson Funeral Home with Rev. Monty Cooper officiating. Burial will follow in the Riverview Memorial Gardens. Friends may call, Monday,July 6 from 5-9 at Wilson Funeral Home. All arrangements have been entrusted to Chris' buddies at Wilson Funeral Home.
