Richard D. Cordial 66 of Blaine, KY went to be the Lord on Sunday Jan. 24, 2016 at his home following a brief illness. Rick was born Dec. 9, 1949 at Lancaster, Ohio the son of the late Dennis and Virginia Schrummy Cordial. He was a retired Lawrence County Bus Driver and Assistant Pastor of the Cordell Free Will Baptist Church. Survivors include his loving wife Betty Runyon Cordial, three sons James Richard and wife Brenda Sue of Ulysses, KY, Jason and wife Jennifer of Blaine, KY, and Jeremiah and wife Amy also of Blaine, KY; two sisters Dianne Boggs and Peggy Holbrook both of Blaine, KY; eleven grandchildren Whitley (Jeremy) Bird, Tia Cordial, Sarah Cordial, Ryan Cordial, Taylor Cordial, Wesley Cordial, Wyatt Cordial, Dakota Cordial, Sydney Cordial, Shyanna Cordial, and Dalton Cordial, and a host of friends. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday Jan. 27th at 11:00 am at the Wilson Funeral Home with Revs. Ronnie Childers, Roger Jordan, Luther Dingess, and Josh Ramey officiating. Burial will follow in the Cordial Cemetery at Blaine, KY. Friends may visit the family on Tuesday Jan. 26th from 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm at the Wilson Funeral Home. Military graveside rites will be conducted by members of the American Legion and Veterans of Foreign Wars. Care has been entrusted to Wilson Funeral Home.
