It was an honor to be involved in his health care and get to know Walter. I am pleased that he got to make several trips to the Carolina's long after he had the tracheal tube inserted. I feel that he got to live serveral years longer than he would have had he not had that surgery.
I will miss his laughter and humor and I appreciate the ability to be a part of his life.
My thoughts are with you during your time of grief.
