Greg Damron 45 of Fort Gay, WV went home to be with the Lord on Friday Feb. 12, 2016 at the Emogene Dolin Hospice Care Center following a long illness. Greg was born June 6, 1970 at Louisa, KY the son of Kay Bryant Damron and the late Berman Damron. He was a coal miner and member of the Oak Grove Church. Survivors include his wife Susie Robertson Damron, a son Justin Damron and Cheryl Halcomb of Fort Gay, WV; mother Kay Damron of Fort Gay, WV, two grandchildren Xander and Remington Damron, two brothers Nathan Damron and wife Rhonda of Fort Gay, WV and Michael Damron and wife Carolyn of Bowling Green, KY, and a special nephew Josh Ferguson of Louisa, KY. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday Feb. 16, 2016 at 1:00 pm at the Wilson Funeral Home with Rev. Mack Cyrus officiating. Burial will follow in the Robertson Cemetery at Fort Gay. Friends may visit the family after 6:00 pm Monday at Wilson Funeral Home. Care has been entrusted to Wilson Funeral Home.
