Ethel Emogene Rickman 71 of Bear Creek went to be with the Lord on Wednesday Feb. 24, 2016 following a long illness.
Ethel was born Sept. 29, 1944 at Gallup, KY the daughter of the late John and Lucille Boyd Pridemore. She was a homemaker. In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by her husband Walter Rickman and a grandson Shawn Rickman.
Survivors include two sons Johnny Rickman and Bill Rickman and wife Nicole all of Bear Creek; ex-daughter in law Janet Coldiron of Mt. Sterling, KY; two grandchildren Shane Rickman and wife Aneca and Luke Rickman; two sisters Virginia Thompson and Joyce Terry; and two brothers Bill Pridemore and Albert Maynard.
Graveside funeral services will be held on Sunday Feb. 28th at 2:00 pm at the Buchanan Chapel Cemetery Zelda, KY with Rev. Jerry Hughes and Rev. Greg Caudill officiating. Friends may visit the family on Saturday Feb. 27th from 7:00 pm to 9:00 pm at the Fallsburg Tabernacle.
