Douglas Dale Sparks 72 of Louisa, KY passed away Wednesday March 30, 2016 at the VA Medical Center Huntington WV. Dale was born April 18, 1943 at Red Jacket, WV the son of the late Bennett and Garnett Adkins Sparks. He was a retired C&O Railroad Engineer and a United States Army Veteran serving during VietNam.
Survivors include his loving wife Brenda Isaacs Sparks, two step daughters Sandra and Kimberly Lodge; seven siblings Mary Mahone, Effie Hypes, Howard Sparks, Coalby Sparks, Charles Sparks, Nancy Maloney, and George Sparks.
In keeping with his wishes Dale will be cremated with no services.
Care has been entrusted to Wilson Funeral Home.
