Shelley Renee Smith, age 51, of Louisa passed away Thursday, May 12, 2016 at Three Rivers Medical Center in Louisa, KY. Mrs. Smith was born June 8, 1964 in Louisa, KY. She was preceded in death by her Half Sister Michelle Arrington.
She is survived by her husband: Paul Smith, one daughter: Kendra Rae Smith of Louisa, KY; mother Shirley Pickrell and husband Kenny of Louisa, KY; two sisters: Vickie Hardin of Michigan and Lori Falis of Arkansas and one brother, Larry Michael Campbell of Texas. She also had eight grandchildren, and two stepsons, Richard Lee Smith of Blaine, KY, and Jeremy P Smith of Louisa, KY. She was a homemaker.
The funeral services will be held at 11:00 am on Monday, May 16 at Wilson Funeral Home with Rev. Roger Jordan officiating. Burial will follow in the Smith Cemetery in Inez, KY. Friends may visit Sunday, May 15 from 06:00pm-09:00pm at Wilson Funeral Home. Care has been entrusted to Wilson Funeral Home
