Lloyd Walter Nye 71 of Louisa, Ky passed away Tuesday November 1, 2016 at the Community Hospice Care Center following a brief illness.
Lloyd was born July 29, 1945 at Pilgrim, KY the son of the late Walter and Marie Stepp Nye. He was a retired coal miner.
Survivors include his loving wife Sharon Day Nye, a daughter Casey Pfost and husband Travis of Georgetown, KY; a granddaughter Olivia Rose Pfost, two brothers Duke Stepp and Robert Nye, and a sister Vickie Newsome.
Funeral services will be held on Saturday Nov. 5th at 1:00 pm at the Wilson Funeral Home with Rev. Greg Caudill officiating. Burial will follow in the Yatesville Memorial Gardens. Friends may visit the family on Friday from 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm at the Wilson Funeral Home.
