To me, Robert was equal parts uncle, brother, and friend. He was something special to everyone whose lives he touched. I never in my life met anybody with that kind of charisma!! He was larger than life! Wherever Robert was going, that's where everybody wanted to be. Women wanted to be on his arm and the boys just wanted to be him. His heart was as big as his body. He loved his friends, his family, his mother and kids and nephews. And I am so happy to have witnessed for the last year or so, his love for his soul mate Tammie. He loved her like no other. And it's such a wonderful thing to know that before he left this life, he had found The One and he knew he was loved every day. You just can't put a price on that. Thank you, Tammie, for making the last year so special for him and giving him the love you gave every day. My prayers are with Grandma Opal, Momma Sheila, Sister Lasonya, Ricky, Chance and Jayden, his boys and daughter, extended family, all his friends, and a special prayer for Tammie who has lost her soul mate. I can't imagine. I love you all. And Uncle Robert, I will always love you and keep your memory alive. I will miss going to the house, downstairs to see him working so hard on his computers. But he'd stop and turn and say "Hey Puss" with that little lisp he had, "what's this I'm hearing about this or that with you? Huh? Come here and talk to me." He was always ready to defend me if needed, but he'd also call my bluff and set me straight if i wasn't doing my best! There will never be anybody like Robert Michael Locklear. I'm sure we can all agree on that. Rest In Peace, you will be greatly missed.
