I want to express my deepest condolences for the loss of your wife, mother and grandmother. I have such wonderful memories of Carnita. I met Pat when I was attending ACC years ago in Sociology Class. Although she was from Lawrence Co I had never met her. Years later she also touched the lives of my children through the school system. She was a great person and will truly be missed.

Our sympathy to the family. Pat was a classmate for 6 years and I don't remember ever seeing her without a smile on her face. She was a cut up and pleasant person. The last time I saw her was at the Lawrence Co. Home, Farm and field day. We got to talk for a few minutes and she was the old Pat I always knew. We loved her but we know she is in a better place. Sorry we will be out of town during the service but our hearts and prayers will be with the family.

I'm sorry for your alls loss of the Estep family. Mrs. Estep was my favorite teacher in high school. I had her for 3 different classes. She wasn't only a great teacher but a great person too. As I seen this obituary I started reminiscing about high school and realized i was a angry teenager but when I would go to accounting class my freshman year 2001-2002 red in the face ready to get in an altercation Mrs. Estep would ask me to step outside the door or stay after class and I don't know how she done it but she could talk to me and calm me down quicker than any one could. I would sign up for classes that she teached after my freshman year having accounting 1. Actually come to think about it, on September 11th 2001 I was setting in Mrs. Estep class when the phone rung and then she turned the TV on and it was showing the planes crashing into the buildings. That day I'll never forget her telling us "class this is a serious terrorist attack". I'm sorry for your alls loss I didn't mean to rant on, she was best teacher ever!! She will be in my thoughts thank you all for the time to read this
