Carolyn Jean Thompson 66 of Fort Gay, WV went to be with the Lord on Tuesday March 28, 2017 at the Emogene Dolin Jones Hospice Care Center following a long illness.
Carolyn was born Nov. 3, 1950 at Huntington, WV, the daughter of the late Jennings and Eldred Lloyd Blankenship. She was a homemaker and of the Free Will Baptist Faith.
Survivors include two sons David Thompson and wife Kim and Beebo Thompson all of Fort Gay, WV; seven grandchildren and one great grandchild.
Funeral services will be held on Saturday April 1, 2017 at the Isaac Park Church with Rev. Tom Kitts and Rev. Casey Cyrus officiating. Burial will follow in the Fort Gay – Bartram Cemetery at Fort Gay, WV. Friends may visit the family on Friday after 6:00 pm at the Isaac Park Church.
