I am Charlotte's 2nd cousin, my mom was her 1st cousin Betty Cleary Parker. I went to church with her family at McFarland Hill when we were teens. So sorry for your lose and will be praying for the family.

Sue, JoAnn, Wayne, Terry & CarrieAnn.....I am so sorry for your loss. I know your pain & I know you've experienced it before, but it still is not easy. I'll never forget the first time I met Charlotte Rob and I had just started dating and the boys Charlotte and Larry had come up for a wedding. Charlotte treated me like I was family from day one. Her and I always had such a good time when Rob and I would go down to Visit. Our last time together her church family came to the cabin and she smiled laughed and ate such a good meal. I remember Sandy Abby Marc and I visited and I was using the bathroom. There was no toilet paper and no one could hear me hollering. I had to call long distance from my cell phone to the land line and Charlotte answered. She laughed so loud and long telling where to have Sandy bring me some. She will Surely be missed. I loved Charlotte. I hadn't seen or talked to her in a few years, but I have very fond memories. Charlotte was a cousin of my dad's (Donald Maynard, son of Blanche Maynard Ward).
I got to know Char well when she used to come to church with us at Emmanuel Baptist. She would help us on Mondays at a quilting class we had at the time.
Char was so much fun. I'm very thankful for the memories that I have of her.
Our family will be praying for your family.
