Evert J. Lowe 85 of Louisa, KY went home to be with the Lord on Thursday July 20, 2017 at his home following a long illness.
Evert was born April 14, 1932 in Inez, KY. He was the son of Everette and Ora Blackburn Lowe. Evert was a fork lift operator at General Motors and was also a deacon at Louisa Freewill Baptist church.
Survivors include his loving wife Sandra L. Lowe; a son Joseph E. Lowe of Louisa; a step daughter Anna Martin of Louisa; a sister Mary Murello of Louisa; and two brothers Refaice Lowe and James Lowe.
Funeral services will be held on Monday July 24th at 1:00 pm at Wilson Funeral Home with Rev. Noah Robertson officiating. Burial will follow in the Yatesville Memorial Gardens at Louisa, KY. Friends may visit the family on Sunday from 6 pm to 9 pm at Wilson Funeral Home.
