John Catellier 79 of Louisa, KY went home to be with the Lord on Thursday August 3, 2017 following a sudden illness. John was born July 25, 1938 at Manitoba, Canada the son of the late Eugene and Rose Dore Catellier. John was a retired Wolf Creek Colliers Coal Company employee and a member of the Louisa First Baptist Church. He loved country music, dancing, and riding his motorcycle. Survivors include his loving wife Mae Bell Damron Catellier, two step sons Mike West and Johnny (Mandy) West all of Louisa; three brothers Robert, Donald, and Jerry Catellier; and a twin sister Jeanette Catellier. He also leaves behind five grandchildren Branden, Alicia, Johnna, Michael, and Michelle; and seven great grandchildren. Funeral services will be held on Monday August 7th at 1:00 pm at the Wilson Funeral Home with Rev. Chuck Price officiating. Burial will follow in the Yatesville Memorial Gardens. Friends may visit the family from 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm on Sunday at the Wilson Funeral Home. Care has been entrusted to Wilson Funeral Home.
