Michelle Ann McCoy, 40, of Antwerp, Ohio passed away Sunday, November 5, 2017. She was born January 19, 1977 in Johnson County, Kentucky.
She is survived by a daughter, Brianna Michelle Baize of Webster, New York; her parents, Jake and Bobbi McCoy of Louisa, KY; two sisters, Barbara (Bryan) Denton of Lawrenceburg, KY and Nellie "Bernie" Simms of Louisa; three brothers, Jason (Dee) McCoy of San Antonio, Texas, Larry McCoy of Louisa and Walter McCoy of Louisa; three nieces and two nephews.
There will be a graveside service Saturday, December 9th at 2:00PM at the McCoy Cemetery in Fallsburg, KY. The gathering will be held at her parents' home. Care has been entrusted to Wilson Funeral Home.
