Louise Moore 72 of Smokey Valley Louisa passed away Tuesday Dec. 26, 2017 at Saint Marys Medical Center following a long illness. Louise was born July 8, 1945 in Louisa, the daughter of the late Woodrow and Susan Griffith Rose. In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by three sisters Ruth, Roberta, and Betty. Louise was a homemaker and attended the Lighthouse FWB Church. Survivors include her loving husband Ray Moore; a daughter Rhonda Morgan and husband Greg of Huntington, WV; a son Johnny R. Moore and wife Jackie also of Louisa; a grandson Noah Lucas of Detroit, MI;; five step grandchildren Makayla, Nevaeh, Jordan, Brantley, and Alinia; three step great grandchildren Evan, Kaitlyn, and Cody; a sister Jewel Cantrell of Charleston, WV and Woodrow Rose Jr. of Louisa. Graveside funeral services will be held on Friday Dec. 29th at 11:00 am at the Moore Family Cemetery Sunset Acres Drive Louisa, KY with Rev. Jim Bevins and Rev. Rick May officiating. Care has been entrusted to Wilson Funeral Home.
