Joyce Elaine Mahr Bowen 85 of Warfield, KY passed away Thursday Dec. 28, 2017 at the Community Hospice Care Center in Ashland, KY.
Joyce was born April 24, 1932 at Marion, Ohio the daughter of the late Alvin and Esther Wendell Freeman. She was a retired bank manager.
Survivors include her husband Howard Bowen Jr. of Warfield, KY; and three daughters Jane Garrett of Gahanna, Ohio, Christina Meeks and Sheila Luke both of Henderson, Nevada.
A memorial service will be held at a later time to be announced by the family in Gahanna, Ohio.
Local care has been entrusted to Wilson Funeral Home.
