I' m not sure if you remember me. I'm the youngest daughter of James (Fred) and Gerry Bailey.
I just heard the news about Darrell and I am so sorry for your loss. I was very young the last time I saw Darrell but I remember him being a wonderful man, a wonderful preacher, and a great friend to my parents.
I will be praying for all of you to receive comfort from the Lord in such a difficult time. God bless you all.

My heart is heavy after hearing of Darrell's passing. Darrell and Sharon were such a big part of my childhood. I have such fond memories of Darrell, Sharon, my dad (Millard) and my mom. We use to go to church at Richardson Chapel, with them. They came to our house many times, and I would go play with Brian and Phillip. Darrell always was so cheerful, and I remember how kind he was. He always had a smile and a kind word, no matter what. I haven't been around them , since growing up, but that does not mean, that I haven't thought of them many times throughout the years. I am praying for you Sharon, Brian and Melinda, and all the rest of his family. It's going to be hard, living without him, but if you could ask him, if he wanted to come back, he would say no! He is in a much better place. He is the lucky one!

So sorry for the loss of my cousin
Darrell. Such a great child of God. I remember staying with my Aunt Mable as a teenager and he and Sharon were already married. He was such fun, joking, laughing, being his self.
He loved his family and friends and served God and his family for many years.
