I just hate to hear of Randall's passing. I have been trying to years to locate him. The first time I met Randall was when he was working as a car salesman in Louisa and he made a wonderful lasting impression on me. He was the kindest person and impressed me with his honesty, humor, and down home personality !! That was in 1994, I believe, and I bought a brand new Pickup from him. I will never forget him and I hope I see him again in Heaven !! My prayers are with his family. God Bless !!
