Even though we only had Charlie as our neighbor for a short time here in Westmoreland, he made lasting memories for my son. Charlies was always friendly and kind. He welcomed my son into his yard and life without hesitation. Brandon loved hanging out with Charlie and was happy to call Charlie his friend. Charlie is missed and has left a wonderful impression on all of us. God rest his soul and God Bless his loving family.

Dear Charles and Judy..I was watched the boys playing ball while in the front yard and they would always stopped and smile and wave at us.
