Joanne Betty Tucker, 79, of Louisa, KY passed away Tuesday, July 17, 2018. Ms.Tucker was born November 28, 1938 in Wayne County, WV to the late James Garnet and Ethel Mae Booth Tucker. She is survived by a son Jeffrey Tucker and wife Sandra of Louisa, KY and one daughter, Darla Tucker. She is also survived by three brothers Forest, Thomas, and Glenn Tucker, two sisters Glenna Yurkavage and Rhonda Crisp, and a special nephew Neil Yurkavage.
