Alma Kathryn (Kitts) Parsons, 82, of Fort Gay, WV passed away Thursday, September 20, 2018. Mrs. Parsons was born August 30, 1936 in Wayne County, West Virginia to the late Sid and Hattie Watts Kitts. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Fred Wendell Parsons in 2016 and one daughter, Frankie Lynn Tucker. 

 She is survived by two sons, Fred W. (Sherry) Parsons, Jr. and Greg (Connie) Parsons, three daughters Marybelle (Elbert David) Thompson, Teresa (Rick) Brown, and Netta (Ronnie) Webb, ten grandchildren and twenty-two great-grandchildren.                                                

She was a caregiver for many years and a member of Rush Branch Church. 

Funeral services will be conducted at 1:00 PM on Saturday, September 22, 2018 at Wilson Funeral Home with Pastor Travis Perry officiating. Burial will follow in the Greenlawn Cemetery. Friends may visit the family on Saturday, September 22 after 11:00 AM until the time of services at the Wilson Funeral Home.
