Woody Lee Chaffins, age 45, of Louisa, died Sunday, September 23, 2012 at home in Louisa. Woody was born November 2, 1966 in Knott County Kentucky.
He was employed by Miller Bros Coal Co. as a Grader Operator.
He is survived by his wife: Brandy Lynn (Everhart) Chaffins and two daughters: Haley Leigh-Ann Chaffins of Louisa, KY, Casey Lynn Chaffins of Louisa, KY
The funeral will be held 1:00 pm on Wednesday, September 26, 2012 at His Home, 7062 North Highway 3, Louisa, KY with Rev. Bobby Workman officiating.
Calling hours will be Tuesday, September 25 after 3:00 pm at Home of Woody Lee Chaffins, 7062 North Highway 3, Louisa, KY.
