Jackie Blue Risner, 52, of Debord, KY passed away Wednesday, December 5, 2018 at her home. Jackie was born October 15, 1966 in Louisa, Kentucky to Jack and the late Loretta Adams Roberts.
She is survived by her husband, Tim Risner, of Debord, KY, her father, Jack (Mary) Roberts, of Louisa, KY, and one sister, Candy (Gene) Hughes, of Louisa, KY.
Friends may visit the family on Friday, December 7 after 2:00 PM at Wilson Funeral Home. All care has been entrusted to Wilson Funeral Home.
