Mary Alice Marshall 77, of Louisa, KY passed away on January 6, 2019 at Community Hospice Care Center in Ashland, KY.

Mary was born May 30, 1941 in East Kermit, West Virginia, she was the daughter of the late William H. and Verna Haught Grace.

She was also preceded in death by her husband, Loyal Marshall, a brother Rodney Grace, and infant siblings, William Arthur Grace and Betty Jo Grace.

Survivors include a brother, Jimmie R. (Myriam) Grace of Palm Coast, Florida; sisters, Helen Jean Preece of Louisa, Kentucky and Carol Sue (Paul) Dalton of Reynoldsburg, Ohio; several nieces and nephews.

Mary was retired from the city of Cape Coral, Florida where she issued building permits for the city. She also served on the Governor’s council for building codes for the state of Florida. She most recently served as a volunteer at Three Rivers Medical Center for 2+ years. She was of the Baptist Faith.

Viewing will be at Wilson Funeral Home on Tuesday January 8th from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm with funeral to follow at the funeral home with Rev. Nathan Harless officiating. Burial will be in the Greenlawn Cemetery in Louisa under the direction of Wilson Funeral Home.
