Joe Carl Senters, 56, of Louisa, KY passed away Tuesday, January 8, 2019 at the Jordan Center. Mr. Senters was born April 21, 1962 in Louisa, Kentucky to the late Granville and Christa Lee Fields Senters.

He is survived by his mother Christa (Fields) Senters; two brothers, Granville (Kathy) Senters, Jr. and Milton Daniel (Pam) Senters; nephews and nieces, Granville Senters, III, Ethan Henderson Senters, Shane and Jillian Victoria Fraley, Evan Senters, great niece, Layla Lee Fraley, great nephews, Noah Senters and Archer Senters, and a host of uncles, aunts, and cousins. 

Funeral services will be conducted at 2:00 PM on Saturday, January 12, 2019 at Wilson Funeral Home with Rev. Frank Hackworth & Rev. Bobby Workman officiating. Burial will follow in the Smith Cemetery at Sidney, WV. Friends may visit the family on Friday, January 11 from 5-9 PM at Wilson Funeral Home. All care has been entrusted to Wilson Funeral Home.
