Angey Ora Hammonds, 96, of New Richmond, OH, formerly of Louisa, passed away Wednesday, January 16, 2019 at Twin Towers Senior Living Facility in Cincinnati, OH. Mrs. Hammonds was born December 12, 1922 in Louisa, Kentucky to the late Lon and Effie Mae Sammons Baldridge. In addition to her parents, she was preceded by her husband, Otto Hammonds in 1979. 

She is survived by three sons, Gary (Cheryl) Hammonds, Danny (Judy) Hammonds, William (Tammy) Hammonds; one daughter, Katherine Reyna (Olen) Harris; and two sisters, Rita Burchette and Nancy Sue Cave.                                            

 She was a Retired Lawrence County Schools Cook and a member of the New Friendship United Baptist Church for 60+ years.  

 Funeral services will be conducted at 1:00 PM on Saturday, January 19, 2019 at New Friendship United Baptist Church with Brother John Goble officiating. Burial will follow in the Branham Cemetery at Clifford, KY. Friends may visit the family on Friday, January 18 after 6:00 PM at the New Friendship United Baptist Church. All care has been entrusted to Wilson Funeral Home.
