Rachel Fay McKenzie, 74, of Louisa, KY passed away Sunday, March 31, 2019 at St. Mary’s Medical Center. Mrs. McKenzie was born May 30, 1944 in Gallup, to the late Milza and Eliza Jane Pridemore Wallace. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two sisters, Frances Castle and Kathy Mills. 

She is survived by her husband, Carol McKenzie; two sons, Charles Wallace and William Carol McKenzie; three daughters, Carla Thomas, Evelyn Sue Vance, and Lisa King; one brother, Mike Wallace; one sister, Jackie Hammonds; fifteen grandchildren and twenty great grandchildren.

She was a Homemaker and member of the Garden of Hope Church

Funeral services will be conducted at 1:00 PM on Wednesday, April 3, 2019 at Garden Of Hope Church in Louisa, KY with Elder Lonnie Ratliff and Rev. David Vanhoose officiating. Burial will follow in the McClure Cemetery. Friends may visit the family on Tuesday, April 2 after 6:00 PM at the Garden Of Hope Church. All care has been entrusted to Wilson Funeral Home.
