Christopher Glenn Sammons, 36, of Louisa, KY passed away Sunday, April 7, 2019 at his home. Chris was born June 3, 1982 in Ashland, Kentucky to Forrest Glenn and Charity Karen Howell Sammons. He was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, James F. Sammons, Jr. and Mildred Louise Blackburn and his maternal grandparents, William Boyd Howell and Susie Vina Stacy.

He is survived by his father, Forrest Sammons and mother, Charity (Howell) Sammons; one brother, Adam Lee Sammons; two step-sons, Dallas Carrington and Koltyn Carrington; and his girlfriend, Ranelle Wentworth

Funeral services will be conducted at 1:00 PM on Wednesday, April 10, 2019 at Wilson Funeral Home. Burial will follow in the Blackburn Cemetery in Warfield, KY. Friends may visit the family on Tuesday, April 9 from 6-9 PM at the Wilson Funeral Home. All care has been entrusted to Wilson Funeral Home.
