Carol Lyn Osborne, age 53, of Louisa, died Wednesday, October 17, 2012 at home in Louisa. Carol was born February 16, 1959 in Inez, KY. She is the daughter of the late Billy and the late Barbara (Mollett) Blackburn. She married ThomasOsborne.
She was employed with a cleaning service.
She is survived by her husband: Thomas Osborne, three sons: Thomas Osborne Jr. of Louisa, KY, Billy Joe Osborne of Louisa, KY, James Allen Osborne of Louisa, KY; Sister of one brother: Glenn Hall of Inez, KY;
The funeral will be held 2:00 pm on Sunday, October 21, 2012 at Bear Creek Penacostal Church, Route 707, Catlettsburg, KY with Rev. Gary Mounts officiating. Burial will be in Smith & Blackburn Cemetery, Louisa, KY.
Friends may call after noon on Friday and anytime Saturday at the Bear Creek Penacostal Church.
