Russell Wayne Meade, 45, of Louisa, KY passed away Thursday, May 23, 2019. Mr. Meade was born September 8, 1973 in Louisa, Kentucky to Rita Short.

He is survived by his mother and father, Rita Pack and Elmer Pack, Jr.; one son, Michael Meade and fiancé Megan Meade; one sister, Deanna Farris; one granddaughter, Emmalee Meade, two nephews; three great nephews; and one great-niece on the way.

He was a former foreman for Ken West Dock.

Funeral services will be conducted at 5:00 PM on Tuesday, May 28, 2019 at Wilson Funeral Home with Rev. Jerry Pack officiating. Friends may visit the family on Tuesday, May 28 after 3:00 PM at Wilson Funeral Home.
