Bernice Dials, 94, of Louisa, KY passed away Wednesday, June 19, 2019 at her home. Mrs. Dials was born November 6, 1924 in Prichard, West Virginia to the late Jink and Emma Hatten Blake.
She is survived by one son, Philip Dials; one daughter, Joyce Lawson; one sister, Marjorie Broadhurst; three grandchildren and seven great- grandchildren and four great great grandchildren.
Per Mrs. Dials request there will be no services. All care has been entrusted to Wilson Funeral Home.
