Walter Triplett 73 of Louisa passed away Friday Oct. 19, 2012 at his home following a sudden illness. Walter was born Feb. 11, 1939 in Jobe, KY, the son of the late Andy and Rebecca Marcum Triplett. In addition to his parents Walter is preceded in death by two brothers Turner and Arovel Triplett and four sisters Geraldine Russell, Nancy Copley, Violet Triplett and Roxie Triplett. He was a retired with Continental Can Corp. Survivors include a daughter Vanessa (Tony) Butera of Grove City, OH, three sons Charles (Rosalia) Triplett of Bellvue, NB, Richard (Angie) Triplett of Louisa, KY and David (Michelle) Triplett of Amanda, OH; three sisters Sally Adams of Columbus, OH, Lona (Clifford) Kitchen and Eloise (Kenneth) Beck both of Louisa, KY; two brothers Oscar (Sue) Triplett and Phil (Donna) Triplett also of Louisa. He has six grandchildren Joshua Stewart, Jessica Triplett, Laura Triplett, Ryan Triplett, Tiffany Triplett, and James Triplett; a great grandson Ethaniel David. He has several nieces and nephews including "his boys" Drew and Joey. Graveside funeral services will be conducted on Wednesday Oct. 24th at 11:00 am at the Chaffins Cemetery at Route 707 Louisa, KY with Rev. Jimmy Osborne officiating.
