Sandra Kaye Kelley, 63, of Louisa, KY passed away Saturday, July 13, 2019 at Kings Daughters Medical Center. Mrs. Kelley was born December 11, 1955 in Columbus, Ohio to the late Lenord and Phyllis Fannin Patrick.
She is survived by her husband, Robert Kelley; two sons, Robert Kelley II and Ronald Patrick Kelley; and two sisters, Patricia McNeil and Tammy Patrick.
She was a Homemaker and member of the Garrett Chapel United Methodist Church.
A memorial service will be conducted at 10:00 AM on Sunday, July 21, 2019 at Garrett Chapel United Methodist Church in Louisa, KY. All care has been entrusted to Wilson Funeral Home.
