Obituary of Roberta Jordan Pigg

Roberta Jordan Pigg, 75, of Louisa, KY went home to be with the Lord on Thursday, October 17, 2019 at Community Hospice Care Center in Ashland. Mrs. Pigg was born October 29, 1943 in Grove City, Ohio to the late Christopher Columbus “Lum” and Martha Terry Jordan. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two brothers, Junior and Don Jordan. 

 

She is survived by her husband, Elman “Bud” Pigg; three sons, Chris (Kathy) Pigg, Tim (Karen)Clay-Pigg, and Rob Alan Pigg; four grandchildren, Brittney (Ryne) Manson, Cody Alan, Travis Clay, and Anna (Miles) McGranahan; and five great-grandchildren, Lane, Allie, Leah, Aubrey, and Lynsi. She also leaves behind four sisters, one brother, several nieces and nephews, and in-laws.  Her life was rooted in her family. 

 

She was a homemaker and member of the Lincoln Baptist Church. 

 

Funeral services will be conducted at 1:00 PM on Monday, October 21, 2019 at Wilson Funeral Home with Bro. Pete Miller officiating. Burial will follow in the Pigg-Hughes Cemetery. Friends may visit the family on Sunday, October 20 from 6-9 PM at the Wilson Funeral Home. All care has been entrusted to Wilson Funeral Home.»(Do not delete this line.
