I met Brian when I worked at the Corps of Engineers in 1987, I was a student aid under the supervision of the secretary. He was one of my favorite people. He was always a blessing to see. I would frequently run into him and his wife, when she was still alive at Food City on Fridays. The world was a better place because of Brian. Prayers for his family and friends.
