Obituary of Darlas Kazee

Darlas Kazee, 78, of Louisa, KY passed away on Thursday, March 9, 2023 following a long illness. Darlas was born on January 15, 1945 in Inez, KY to the to the late Delbert and Mae (Dials) Kazee. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by two brothers, Lee Kazee and Carlos Kazee.

Darlas was a homemaker's aid and a member of the Rebecca Old Regular Baptist Church.  

Survivors include two daughters; Norma (Phillip) Caudill and Rhonda (Johnny Moore) Cornett; a son, John Cornett; three sisters, Carolyn Scott, Connie Maynard, and Wanda Faye Kazee; twelve grandchildren; eight great -grandchildren; and a host of nieces and nephews.

Funeral Services will be conducted on Monday, March 13, 2023 at 1:00 PM at Wilson Funeral Home in Louisa, KY with Elder Matthew Jude and Elder John Wayne White officiating. Burial will follow in the Kazee-Scott Cemetery in Louisa, KY. Friends may visit the family at Wilson Funeral Home on Sunday, March 12, 2023 from 6:00 PM -9:00 PM.
