Sharon and I had such good times when Ledgel pastored or church Pleasant Hill in Vienna Ga. She would go to horse shows with me and help. She was a perfect pastors wife. I loved her very much sorry we did not Keep in touch.

Sharon was a good friend. We graduated together from Bible College and spent years on different mission fields. As missionaries we were like family. I’ll always remember her contagious smile and sparkling eyes. Thankful for heaven where we’ll be reunited again one day. RIP sweet friend. —Judy Smith

Some of my fondest memories were of the time spent in Eastern Kentucky with my family including Aunt Sharon. She was always so kind and eager to help anyone.
My favorite memory was when she and my uncle were missionaries in Africa and I received mail from there -how cool was that? I accidentally stapled my finger to the wall because I was so proud of that mail and was trying to decorate my wall.
She also gifted us elephants with ivory tusks (one for each of us) which still makes me smile when seeing it.
She was selfless when it came time to take care of her mother-in-law (My Granny) and even though she was not blood related , you would never know it.
When Granny passed, it was Sharon who obtained a tape recording of the music played at her funeral because I had asked her for it.
She was terribly loved and will be terribly missed but I am glad she is with her parents and my Dad.
