I met Jay while trying to acuire permission to deer hunt on his family farm . The one memory that sticks out is when myself , Scott Stewart and Jay tried to catch a Emu that had gotten loose from the pen. Myself and Scott got whipped all over the farm trying to wrestle it back and Jay just calmly and casually caught it and walked it back in the lot. I knew he was being polite not trying to laugh at the sight of us getting whipped by that Emu, but im sure it was a funny sight to see. Very sorry for your loss , will keep you in our prayers.
