Brenda Sue Meade 61 of Wittensville, KY passed away Wednesday March 23, 2015 at Huntington, WV following a long illness.
Brenda was born July 15, 1954 in Louisa, the daughter of the late James Edward and Lula Church. She was a homemaker.
Survivors include her loving husband Denver Meade, two sons Garland Shortridge also of Wittensville and Travis Shortridge of Dallas, Texas; a step daughter Danielle Meade of Ashville, Ohio; two sisters Margaret Pack and Sheila Perry both of Louisa; four grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held on Saturday March 26th at 11:00 am at the Wilson Funeral Home with Rev. Roger Jordan officiating. Burial will follow in the Meade Family Cemetery at Wittensville, KY. Friends may visit the family on Friday from 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm at the Wilson Funeral Home.
