Garland and Rita Naples We only met Carl a few times when we visited our friends Garland and Rita, but Carl was one of those people that you make a connection with. We always spoke to him on the phone at Christmas and it was like we had known him a life time. He will be sadly missed by his Family and those who he touched through his life time like us.
