Ruby Jean Vance, 76, of Ashland, KY passed away Sunday, October 6, 2019 at Kings Daughters Medical Center. Mrs. Vance was born December 29, 1942 in Louisa, Kentucky to the late Bill and Carrie Williamson Cole. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by three sons, Billy Joe, Ernest, and Jerry Frazier, one daughter, Brenda Branham, and two brothers Amos Cole and Willie Cole.

She is survived by three sons, Tony Frazier, Gary Frazier, and Bobby Frazier; two brothers, James Cole and John Robert Cole; and two sisters, Bonnie Cole and Joyce Ann Cole. She also leaves behind eleven grandchildren and fourteen great-grandchildren.

She was a retired laborer for Calgon Plant.

Funeral services will be conducted at 11:00 AM on Thursday, October 10, 2019 at Wilson Funeral Home. Burial will follow in the Frazier Cemetery at Clifford.
